Fleet operators stitch together five tools to do one job. Premium operators have nothing built for them at all — they use logistics software meant for parcel vans, on vehicles their clients paid €120,000 for.
VERO Labs writes the missing tools. Whole tools. Built once, with the operator in the room, against problems they've lived with for ten years.

Operations platform for premium chauffeur fleets. Real-time driver management across Uber, Bolt, VERO Arrive, and direct bookings. Aggregated metrics per platform and per driver. SEPA file generation for payouts; HZMO filings for employment compliance. WhatsApp-based driver communications. The work that used to need 4–5 disconnected tools — operations, payroll, compliance, comms — in one place.
Routing and dispatch infrastructure for transfer networks. Solves the four-tier vehicle-matching problem that powers VERO Arrive: take a booking, route it across a partner network, settle financials. Internal codename.
Pre-product research. A trust layer for premium service guarantees — if we promise a transfer is never cancelled, the software has to make that promise structurally enforceable.
We are not a feature factory. We do not measure ourselves in story points. We work the way the problem requires — sometimes that means six months on one routing algorithm; sometimes it means shipping a fix at 03:42 because a partner fleet needs it for the morning shift.
If someone else has built it, we license theirs. We spend our hours on the gaps — the 50% of any operator's stack that nobody has gotten around to making properly. Originality is the only product strategy that compounds.
We do not ship from a feature backlog. We embed with fleet partners, ride with their drivers, sit in their dispatch rooms at five in the morning. The software gets built from the inside of the work, not the outside.
Our products look like infrastructure: quiet, declarative, unhurried. The work behind them is none of those things — it's iterative, opinionated, and runs on whatever schedule the problem demands. The discipline shows up in the output, not the marketing.
We build like a thirty-year company. Code, decisions, and documentation that the team who replaces us decades from now will still be glad we wrote. No throwaway frameworks. No demo-ware. No commitments we won't honor at scale.
